WordPress Developer with SEO & AI Content Writing Expertise

Position: WordPress Developer
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 BDT per month
Working Hours: 6 PM – 2 AM (Bangladesh Time)
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Workdays: 6 days a week (Friday weekend)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and committed WordPress Developer with expertise in SEO, AI content writing (with a human touch), and Elementor. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building websites using Elementor, conducting keyword research, writing engaging content, and optimizing websites for search engines. Basic image editing skills using Canva and familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- WordPress Development:
- Design and build responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor.
- Customise themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Perform website updates, bug fixes, and improvements.
- SEO & Content Writing:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
- Create and optimise website content using AI tools, ensuring a human touch in the final output.
- Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, structured data).
- Perform off-page SEO (backlink building, directory submissions, etc.).
- Basic Image Editing:
- Use Canva to create and edit images for blog posts and web pages.
Required Skills:
- WordPress & Elementor: Strong expertise in Elementor and WordPress development.
- SEO Knowledge:
- Proficiency in keyword research, content optimisation, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs (preferred).
- AI Content Writing: Ability to generate AI-driven content and refine it for a human-friendly tone.
- Basic HTML & CSS: Understanding of front-end development.
- Canva: Basic skills for creating and editing images.
- PHP & JS: Basic knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
