We are currently seeking a Trainee Business Development Executive to join our team on a six-month internship basis, with the potential to extend up to one year. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, business development, and technology, and are eager to kick-start their career in this dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and analyzing market trends and needs across various sectors and industries.
- Support the generation and qualification of leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
- Learn to present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
- Contribute to the development and proposal of tailored solutions that meet clients’ requirements and expectations.
- Assist in negotiating and closing contracts with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback and support on product development and delivery.
- Learn to report and forecast sales performance and activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT products and services, such as web development, digital marketing, cloud computing, is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, is a plus.
