Responsibilities


• Manage social media clients, handle feedback, guide designers, and track marketing work.
• Find and bring in new social media clients and POS clients.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns to support client growth and lead generation.
• Handle client onboarding, training, and account setup.
• Support clients daily, answer questions, and solve problems quickly.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services.
• Coordinate with the support team and software team to fix client issues.
• Monitor client accounts to make sure all work is on track and targets are met.
• Prepare reports on client performance and marketing results.
• Build and keep strong client relationships to encourage long-term business.
• Support company internal marketing activities, including content planning, brand promotion, and internal updates.

Requirements


• Good communication skills in English (Bengali and Hindi are a plus).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and business systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
