Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, updates, and maintenance for company software (cloud and offline versions).
- Provide client training on software usage and features.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement software updates and enhancements.
- Ensure seamless integration between hardware and software solutions.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and replacements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records for software and hardware inventories.
- Stay updated on trends in software development and technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with maintaining and upgrading cloud-based and offline software systems.
- Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client training.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Access to reliable transportation (a valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory).
Language Requirement: English, Bengali and Hindi
