- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and replacements as necessary.
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals at client sites.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues.
- Conduct software training sessions for clients on newly installed systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of hardware solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and service history.
- Assist in developing and implementing hardware upgrade strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in computer hardware technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of computer components and peripherals.
- Ability to replace hardware components efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Language Requirement: English, Bengali and Hindi
