Responsibilities:

•  Researching and analysing the market trends and needs of various sectors and industries

•  Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals

•  Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to prospective clients

•  Developing and proposing tailored solutions that meet the clients’ requirements and expectations

•  Negotiating and closing contracts with clients and ensuring their satisfaction and retention

•  Collaborating with the technical team to provide feedback and support on product development and delivery

•  Reporting and forecasting sales performance and activities using CRM tools

To be successful in this role, you will need:

•  A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field

•  At least two years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry

•  Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi languages

•  Knowledge of IT products and services, such as web development, digital marketing, cloud computing, etc.

•  Experience in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM

•  Excellent communication and presentation skills

•  A persuasive and negotiation skills

•  A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

•  A willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face

•  A competitive salary of £23000 – £28000 per year, depending on your skills and experience
